Coco & Co is a café tucked into Wishart’s Newnham Road strip, offering a straightforward yet welcoming spot for breakfast and lunch. The vibe leans casual and relaxed, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating that suits both solo visitors looking for a quiet coffee or groups catching up over a weekend brunch.

The menu sticks to familiar café classics — think all-day breakfasts like the Big Brekkie, poached eggs with halloumi and avocado toast, alongside a solid range of sandwiches and salads for lunch. While the owners bring Korean heritage to the table, the menu doesn’t lean heavily into fusion but provides dependable choices without any overly modern twists. This makes it a practical choice for anyone craving reliable café fare without surprises.

Locals seem to appreciate the coffee here, especially the oat lattes, flat whites, and the mocha cappuccino, which are noted for a creamy, well-balanced taste. There’s even a fan base for the hot chocolate and matcha latte — good options to try if coffee isn’t your go-to. A few menu highlights like the Nachos and the vegetarian breakfast cater well to slightly diverse palates, making it a versatile stop whether you’re after something hearty or light.

For those who enjoy a relaxed morning session, visiting on a weekday or weekend morning can mean ample seating and a calm environment. However, music can get a bit loud at times, which might make conversation tricky if you’re dining with company. The café also participates in discount offers like EatClub, so keeping an eye out for deals can help soften the slightly higher pricing some might notice, especially on specialty coffee drinks.

Parking is convenient here, and the location makes it a practical neighborhood spot rather than a destination café. Overall, Coco & Co fits well into everyday routines — perfect for a casual brunch with friends, a quick lunch break, or simply a pause to enjoy an uncomplicated cup of coffee in a low-key café setting.

I have been wanting to visit this cafe for a while, finally came and had a decent lunch. The menu is decent, nothing fusion or too modern, all the usual suspects all day breakfast and salads, sandwiches and burgers for lunch, I would have preferred a bit more Korean fusion to the menu as the owners are Korean. We really like the coffee and matcha latte though, the flat white was strong, creamy, smooth and warmer than usual but just the temp we like. Matcha latte was full of matcha flavour, creamy and very enjoyable.

I stopped by Coco & Co in Wishart for brunch and liked, relaxed vibe of the café. I ordered an iced chai, which was a little watery for my taste. But the Rosti Benny with bacon more than made up for it! The potatoes were perfectly crunchy, the flavours were balanced, and I loved being able to have my eggs scrambled just the way I like them. They have an offer of 30% off EatClub make sure you take advantage of it !!

We had a lovely vegetarian breakfast to share and hot chocolate and mocha. Nicely cooked and display and very tasty. We regularly go there and each time we enjoy their service.

It was a Saturday morning and I was surprised the place was empty. Great find a seat and there were plenty. I just ordered a coffee but it was quite expensive - $7.30 medium almond latte. You have to sadly pay for the extra transaction cost too :( service was competent. Heaps of parking. Music was quite loud and would have impeded talking if I was with someone.

Friendly welcoming staff, spacious and comfy environment. Food is "okay". They serve coffee using beans from Bellissimo which is a premium coffee roastery. The cafe had a "speciality coffee" sign outside so I was disappointed to know they do not offer speciality options such as single origin filtered or espresso. The barista skill was very good. Flat White with good milk frothing with smooth glossy micro foam. Good flavour as well, it was one of the most "sweet" Bellissimo Italian blend flat white in the town. Food is not bad, but we wished the smoke salmon and bacon could be less salty, and would be even better if the bacon could be more crispy.

Great food n coffee, top service, plenty of parking and dog friendly. And I’ve add the El brekky bun to my list of 5 food groups.
